The other day on facebook, a good friend of mine mentioned that she hasn't seen any videos of me working out at the gym. All of the videos we have taken are of my husband. I PROMISE you I DO workout, I just never videotaped myself.
So I had hubby grab the iphone and take this short video of me to prove I was at the gym. :) It's not very good quality and this was our last set so my arms were fried, but I wanted to share none the less since it is the first ever video of me working out. Maybe I might get him to take some more! :)

It is not hard for me to believe that you work out at gym. People who does not work out would never look like you. You are in a great shape!
